kindergarten project in Gondar, Ethiopia We are happy to be able to recommend a very special program that helps many children in Ethiopia. In Gondar, in the north of Ethiopia, there are many children whose education will seriously suffer unless we help. Gondar is a an area 500 miles from Ethiopia's capital, Addis Ababa. Many of the Beta Yisrael still live there and are beening helped on a regular basis by the Winer Foundation. The building pictured below is where the kindergarten meets. Though the building looks small in the picture, it has a capacity for over 100 children. However, to move forward in this effort, we need funds for renovations, learning materials, teachers, and scholarships for the most needy students This kindergarten project is one more way in which together, we can make a difference in Ethiopia.
