Message from Dr. Robert I. Winer, President

Welcome to Gesher's Home Page. Gesher means "bridge" in modern Hebrew, reflecting my desire to bridge the widening gap seen between people's spiritual life and their personal, business, and family life.

Gesher is a 501 (C3) corporation recognized by the IRS as a charitable organization dedicated to "helping people walk in all that God intends for them." Gesher helps people in the US, Ethiopia, and worldwide through spiritual and humanitarian aid.

Our focus is on people. Everything we do is dedicated to "giving away the very best we have inside us." That may be an article, seminars both in person and on the web, books, a word of encouragement on CD or radio, financial help to those less fortunate than us, and financial support for others who labor for us and for those works that share our vision. Gesher understands that it can't accomplish its vision alone and seeks to more effectively serve people through cooperation and teaming up with other organizations.
