Introduction. In this section, I share with you some of my morning meditations on life and spirituality with comments from a Jungian perspective. My idea here is to give you a nugget to spur you on to thoughtful consideration of the subject or whatever it triggers in you. Most of the thoughts expressed here will not be my final ideas on a subject but merely the beginning of an exploration. Sometimes I find that I come back to a particular thought years later and it forms the basis of an essay.

As a result, I'm sure that when I later write on these subjects or do a more extensive study based on this material that some my ideas may change. So it is with some trepidation that I present preliminary thoughts on a variety of subjects which some would suggest is unwise or lacks prudence. But it is done with the hope that if I can present anything that helps another person, I'll do it without an overarching regard to my own reputation.
