Message from Dr. Robert I. Winer, President

Welcome Neurocare's healthcare initiatives section. In 2000, we began an initiative to improve healthcare in Ethiopia by helping doctors at the Addis Ababa University School of Medicine.

Our plan is to establish this program, get it up and running successfully, and then do the same thing in another country.
