Message from Dr. Robert I. Winer, President

Someone once said, "It would be easy to get things done if you didn't need people to do it." Perhaps it's better to reframe this in a more positive light. There a verse of scripture that goes something like this: "One shall chase a thousand, two shall chase ten thousand." I believe this comment on troop power in battle directly applies to all tasks that need people working together to get them done. There is an exponential power--and that means work output--released when people team up to get things done. Though more gets done, people invariably come into conflict with each other. Problems come along with the territory of any leadership position. I hope you enjoy these articles, most of them have helped me greatly.
