I've always found articles on leadership
to be helpful. It's important to find out how others lead, what
they feel are the key principles, and suggestions for growth
in leadership skills. As for my leadership preference, it's rather
eclectic but the closest I've come to describe it is a combination
of what's called, "servant leadeship," as written about
by Robert Greenleaf and a spiritual Peter Drucker.
